We believe in on God,
     the father, the Almighty,
     maker of heaven and Earth,
of all that is seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
     the only son of God,
     eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
     true God from true God,
begotten, not made, one in Being with the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us men and for our Salvation
     he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit
he was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man,
     For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered, did, and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
               in fulfillment of the Scriptures;
          he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the
dead, and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds form the Father and the Son.
With the father and the Son he is worshiped and
          glorified.
He has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one hole catholic and apostolic Church.
We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come. Amen

Say with the love of the Father and Spirit:
Jesus, I love you!
Say it with all the Angels and Saints:
Jesus, I love you!
When misunderstandings and wrongs overtake you and make you so sad, say:
          Jesus, I love you!
When temptations and pitfalls and every type of sin make you feel so bad, say:
          Jesus, I love you!
When life is so heavy with boredom and strain, every sorrow and pain, say:
          Jesus, I love you!
Let your anger die away and every unforgiveness melt at last, as you say:
          Jesus, I love you!
Let your impurity be healed by His touch, and temptations temper your soul. Say:
          Jesus, I love you!
Let Him free you of every addiction and fill you with inner joy, saying:
          Jesus, I love you!
Say it countless times to console Him for those who deny Him their love:

Act of Contrition

O my God
I am heartily sorry
for having offended You,
and I detest all my sins,
because of Your just punishments,
but most of all
because they offend You, God,
who are all good
and deserving of all m love.
I firmly resolve,
with the help of Your grace,
to sin no more
and to avoid the near occasions of sin, Amen

History:
Before the Crucifix

Look down on me,
good and gentle Jesus,
while I kneel here.

Make my soul strong in
faith, hope and love.

Make me sorry
for all my sins so I
will never sin again.

I am sad when I see the wounds on your hands and feet,
and think of the words of Your prophet, David:
"They have pierced my hands and my feet."
Lord Jesus Crucified,
have mercy on us!
